1. Product introduction of gasifier
Huanyu Biomass Gasification System is mainly composed of gasification furnace body, feeding mechanism, slag discharge mechanism, gas purification device, water circulation system, air supply system, gas delivery system, and centralized control system, as shown in the following figure:

(1) Gasification furnace body: adopts steel plate cylinder structure, and uses air as gasification agent. The lower part is provided with an air inlet channel for oxidation.
(2) Feeding mechanism: The biomass raw materials are conveyed to the top silo through the belt conveyor/screw feeder and bucket lifter, and added to the gasification furnace body according to the production needs through the feeder of the silo.
(3) Slag discharge mechanism: use rotating tower water-cooled grate to discharge wet automatic carbon slag discharge.
(4) Gas purification device: After the gas passes through the purification device and is self-falling to remove dust, most of the dust and tar in the gas settle, and the purified gas is used by the boiler. This device is also equipped with a drain valve water seal isolation device, In order to vent the residual gas in the gasifier when the boiler is shut down, and isolate the boiler from the gasifier.
(5) Water circulation system: including water pumps, automatic pressure relief safety devices, valves, pipelines, etc., mainly used for cooling and sealing.
(6) Air supply system: The gasification blower uses air as the gasification agent and blows it into the gasification furnace to meet the requirements of the biomass pyrolysis gasification process.
(7) Gas delivery system: gasification induced draft fans, valves, pipelines, etc., which mainly send purified biomass gas to the boiler for combustion.
(8) Centralized control system: use on-site monitoring instruments and monitoring equipment to obtain real-time monitoring data of operating parameters such as temperature and pressure of the gasifier and boiler, and realize the feeding mechanism, slag discharge mechanism, and dust removal device of the gasifier , Water circulation system, air supply system, gas delivery system and boiler, etc. for effective centralized control.
