Haimen New Century 1×20t/h Biomass Gasification Heating Project

Project Description

      The project adopts "one for two", a new 20t/h biomass gasifier, a 10t/h biomass gas steam boiler and a 5 million calorie biomass gas thermal oil boiler. The project started construction in December 2017 and was officially put into operation in April 2018. The construction period is about 120 days (excluding the Spring Festival holiday).

      At present, the project has been running smoothly for one year with high reliability of heat supply. When the heat demand of the heat transfer oil boiler is met, the daily steam supply can reach 250 to 300 tons, which has good economic benefits and can meet the local requirements. Environmental emission requirements, praised by customers, as well as inspection and recognition by local government leaders.
